The Candidate:

- Preferred experience in at least 1 of our vertical expertise: automotive trades recruitment, although consideration given to someone who has the technical knowledge and some innovative thinking;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity with good knowledge of recruitment industry;
- Proven recruitment sales and meeting KPI's;
- Self-motivated, career-driven, excellent team player, and highly involved in commercial matters of the business;
- Professional, outgoing, confident, credible, and well presented;
