Required Qualifications of the Haul Truck Driver
You should have a High School Diploma(or GED).
Previous experience running freight trucks or heavy is needed.

Haul Driver Responsibilities.
Communicates with the loading and unloading zones, transports materials safely to the specified locations, keeps a safe speed, and complies with all plant traffic regulations.
Walk-around pre-trip safety inspections are carried out. Identifies any safety issues or concerns and alerts the supervisor to any risky situations, including near-misses and other potential improvement areas.
Performs maintenance tasks to make sure the haul truck is kept properly maintained and, if needed, helps with other plant maintenance tasks, such as site cleaning or housekeeping.
