Role Overview:

Position: Water Truck Operator

Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Buckeye, AZ

As a Water Truck Operator at Holcim, you will be primarily responsible for loading and hauling water to designated areas, as well as spraying materials for compaction and dust control on roadways. Additionally, you will operate a grader to spread and level dirt, gravel, and stone at our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the Water Truck and other equipment.
Conduct proper pre and post-trip inspections, along with daily maintenance.
Ensure safe machine start-up, operation, and shut-down procedures.
Fill the truck tank with water and spray in designated areas.
Monitor vehicle performance, fluid levels, and mechanical fitness.
Perform other heavy equipment operations and construction-related duties as required.
Adhere to the Company Code of Ethics and attend mandatory staff meetings.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Clean Driving Record

Requirements:

Minimum three years of experience operating a water truck and/or a grader.
Familiarity with road construction equipment.
Understanding of equipment controls and electronics.
