About the Role
We are currently recruiting Class 1 LGV drivers to operate our modern, high-spec fleet, including Volvo and DAF vehicles fitted with the latest technology and telematics systems.
This role suits professional drivers who take pride in their vehicle, value safety, and deliver excellent customer service. You can expect an average of 3–5 nights out per week, along with competitive pay and monthly bonuses.
Driver Requirements
To be considered, you must:

Hold a valid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence

Have a CPC card and Digital Tachograph card

Present a smart, professional appearance with strong communication skills

Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and excellent customer service

Be a reliable, punctual, and hard-working team player

Have good knowledge of general haulage operations

Ensure loads are properly secured and strapped at all times

Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance

Be flexible, including weekend work when required

Build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers

Take a proactive approach to resolving issues on the job
Pay Rates (Effective from 6 July 2025)

First 50 hours (Mon–Fri): £13.50 per hour (Basic)

Over 50 hours (Mon–Fri): £15.50 per hour (Rate 1)

Saturday / Before 4:00am starts: £16.50 per hour (Rate 2)
-
Sunday / Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (Rate 3)
🍽 Meal Allowance: £10 per day (tax-free)
Additional Earnings

Monthly performance bonus up to £150

Telematics bonus up to £100 per month
