Job Description: We're seeking a reliable full-time heavy truck driver to handle general freight transportation permanently.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Clean class 5 driver's license
- Good physical fitness
- Strong communication skills
- Neat appearance
- Reliability and enthusiasm for learning
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections covering mechanical and safety aspects
- Ensure compliance with Road User Charges (RUC), Registration, service, and COF
- Maintain accurate logbooks
- Secure loads properly
- Drive responsibly, adhering to speed limits and considering road conditions
- Promptly report traffic infringements, incidents, damage, or accidents
- Maintain truck cleanliness and appearance

Requirements:
- New Zealand qualification preferred for communication skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects
